MotionLab.Berlin is a hardtech innovation hub in the heart of Berlin, established as an emerging space for creative minds and innovative companies. Here, tinkerers, engineers, entrepreneurs, founders, and creatives find a dynamic environment where new concepts, ideas, innovations, and dreams can thrive.

Members of the co-working community have access to workshops, events, machines, and everything they need to bring their ideas to life and reach their full potential. Whether it's a makerspace, technology experts, private offices, flexible room layouts, or personal workshops – MotionLab.Berlin offers everything under one roof!

We are proud to be part of this project and contribute with our expertise to the creation of work and living spaces that align with the principles of New Work. Through collective exchange, we discovered how the company operates and what goals should be achieved with the workspaces.

Design and Furnishings

The spaces of MotionLab.Berlin have been designed with young startups in mind to foster fun and active exchange, while driving developments and innovations together. The goal is to get people out of their home offices and enable personal interaction. The spaces provide a modern work atmosphere that can be individually adapted depending on the situation and task.

The design of the spaces features an industrial look, timeless and clear in its lines. Smaller open spaces alternate with open meeting areas, such as the custom-made wooden tiered seating. Flexible and colorful room solutions shape the New Work approach and are reflected in the small seating poufs and foldable tables, which can quickly transform into whiteboards. Meeting rooms are available in three different categories. The "Cosy Meeting Room" offers retreat and relaxation with cozy armchairs and inspiring colors. The "Scrum Session Meeting Room" is perfect for active brainstorming and idea generation. The "Classy Meeting Room," on the other hand, provides privacy for confidential conversations and negotiations.

However, MotionLab.Berlin is not just a place to work. We believe that fun and team spirit are just as important as productive work. That's why a special meeting point has been created for the community: the indoor ping-pong table meeting table. Here, the community meets not only to exchange innovative ideas but also to engage in friendly sports duels and strengthen team spirit. We firmly believe that a positive atmosphere is essential to getting the best out of oneself and one's projects.
