We planned and implemented a bespoke interior fit-out solution in a listed Art Nouveau villa in Dresden. The objective was to transform an unused niche into a functional and communicative space within the agency’s premises. The result is a multifunctional creative lounge with an integrated kitchenette. The space encourages informal encounters and spontaneous work discussions—an aspect that is becoming increasingly important in creative work processes. Planning and implementation were carried out in close coordination with the client. Functionality, design quality, and user needs were brought together in a holistic approach. The result is an integrated work area that blends harmoniously into the overall look and feel of the agency and supports modern ways of working.
