A state convenes in regal style in a reconstructed city palace—and has much to say. Democracy needs discussion, and it suits it well to give the space for it considerable attention. In Brandenburg, this standard was recognised, and great importance was placed on quality in the fit-out and furnishing of the State Parliament. The scope of the contract was the supply and installation of furniture.
In the plenary chamber as well as in much of the rest of the building, the state colours white, silver and red dominate. We supplied 455 chairs for staff offices, lounge furniture for the foyers, as well as tables and chairs for the cafeteria on the top floor of the building and the tea kitchens.
