At the corporate headquarters of FUNKE Mediengruppe in Essen, stories that move millions of people are created every day. Together with Kinzo Berlin, we were privileged to co-design the interior architecture of this urban ensemble—a project that extends far beyond conventional furnishing.
Our contribution is evident in the delivery of bespoke solutions that harmonize architecture and function: A reception desk in the foyer welcomes guests with clear presence. Custom-designed theme kitchens create spaces for encounter and exchange. The kiosk and exhibition furniture crafted from HI-MACS® solid surface combine flowing forms with enduring quality. Printer stations, wardrobes, and standing tables structure daily operations invisibly yet perceptibly. In the executive and board kitchens, the highest precision in design and function becomes visible.
