The new cafeteria at the Saxon Police University is a space that harmoniously combines community, function, and aesthetics. We were privileged to realize the complete loose furnishing—both indoors and outdoors—creating a space that facilitates both social interaction and relaxation.
In close cooperation with HF Architektur, a sophisticated concept was developed that unites openness and structure. Across approximately 1,200 m², bright surfaces, warm materials, and clear forms invite visitors to linger. At the center: the 14-meter-long oak bench, which celebrates wood craftsmanship and defines the sense of space.
The cafeteria was completed in 2022 and put into operation in early 2023—a modern pavilion that impresses through transparency and artisanal precision.
